Don Gray is an organizational change consultant who became one of gerald-weinberg's closest collaborators in the later stages of Weinberg's career. Gray co-hosted aye-conference from its founding in 2000 through 2012, helping create and sustain the gathering that became the central community for Weinberg's extended network of practitioners.

When Weinberg's health declined around 2017, Gray took over facilitation of the weinberg-and-weinberg Problem Solving Leadership (PSL) workshop, preserving the five-and-a-half-day residential format that Weinberg had first offered in psl-workshop-founded-1974. This stewardship ensured continuity of what Weinberg considered his most important direct educational contribution.

Gray co-authored change-artistry-2013 and psl-reader-2020 with Weinberg, and contributed to amplifying-your-effectiveness-2000. His work reflects Weinberg's synthesis of satir-change-model, congruent-behavior, and general-systems-thinking applied to organizational settings. Gray continues to teach in the tradition Weinberg established, running PSL and related workshops through his own consulting practice.
