Rami Goldratt is the son of eliyahu-goldratt and the executive who led the goldratt-group following his father's death in 2011, taking primary responsibility for the commercial and institutional continuation of the theory-of-constraints enterprise.

As CEO of the goldratt-group, Rami Goldratt oversaw the organization's consulting, software, and educational operations during the post-goldratt-continuation era. The challenge he inherited was substantial: maintaining the coherence and quality of a methodology that had spread globally, while adapting it to new domains and markets without diluting its foundational logic.

The goldratt-group under his leadership focused on TOC software tools and consulting engagements, working with organizations across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and project management to implement constraint-based improvements. This work continued the commercial thread that Eliyahu Goldratt had developed through the avraham-y-goldratt-institute and its predecessors.

Rami Goldratt's role is primarily organizational and commercial rather than theoretical — he has not been a major contributor to the development of TOC concepts themselves. But his stewardship of the institutional infrastructure has been important for ensuring that the goldratt-group's consulting capacity remained active and that the methodology's commercial applications continued to evolve after the founder's death. His work complements the academic and practitioner community organized around tocico.
