The Goldratt Group is the commercial consulting and implementation arm of the TOC ecosystem, founded in 2002. It serves as the primary vehicle for large-scale organizational engagements applying theory-of-constraints methodology. Following eliyahu-goldratt's death in 2011, rami-goldratt took on a leading role, ensuring continuity of the practice into the post-goldratt-continuation era.

The Goldratt Group's signature offering is the Viable Vision engagement — a structured consulting intervention premised on the claim that any company can achieve a specific, ambitious financial improvement within four years by correctly identifying and exploiting its constraints. This approach represents the mature, commercialized form of TOC application developed during the viable-vision-and-mature-toc era when Goldratt was working to demonstrate the methodology's generalizability across industries.

Beyond consulting, the Goldratt Group develops and supports TOC-oriented software solutions, continuing a lineage that traces back to OPT and creative-output. These tools support drum-buffer-rope scheduling, buffer-management, critical-chain-project-management, and throughput-accounting in enterprise environments.

The Group's existence as a continuing commercial entity distinguishes TOC from methodologies that dispersed entirely after their founders departed. By maintaining branded engagements, trained consultants, and software products, the Goldratt Group helps sustain theory-of-constraints as a living practice rather than an archived intellectual history. Its work intersects with tocico's certification infrastructure, with practitioners often holding TOCICO credentials while deploying Goldratt Group frameworks.
