The decade of Weinberg's magnum opus: the four-volume quality-software-management-framework. This was his most systematic work, integrating general-systems-thinking, virginia-satir's therapy models, and decades of consulting observation into a comprehensive framework for software quality management. Vol. 1 introduced cultural-patterns-of-software-organizations, Vol. 2 addressed measurement, Vol. 3 applied congruent-behavior, and Vol. 4 applied the satir-change-model to organizational transformation. The Warnier Prize in 1993 recognized his cumulative contributions. Published through dorset-house-publishing.
