Germany is still not happy with cookies, and a "spot the shamrock" online promotion brought a little joy to St Patrick's Day. Delight, a new Italian web browser rises like Venus in a Renaisance painting, and Digilog moves HQ from Norway to Switzerland. The Third Russian Internet forum took place and half of Sweden - really - owns a PC. Three new mobile news systems have launched in Switzerland and a new internet access system using ADSL is progressing in Spain.
