GII standards

``` [Note that this message does not originate with me but with the people who are organizing this meeting. I think that the topic of GII standards is incredibly important because of the tendency of technical standards to get almost irreversibly entrenched in the market, and this meeting should be of wide interest even if the ISO itself has not always been the most dynamic player in setting networking standards so far.]
