Federal Networking Council's Advisory Committee, 14-15 April 1997

``` [I know that many people would appreciate if someone could attend this meeting and take reasonably intelligible notes that I can distribute to the whole list. I will probably be in Washington for a meeting on April 18th and maybe a day before or after if anybody wants to grab a cup of coffee, but I have a class at UCSD that conflicts with this meeting on the 14th and 15th. Note that I have taken the liberty of reformatting parts of this message to 74 columns.]
