administrative notes -- web pages, net-happenings, unsubscribing

``` I'm sorry that you're getting so many of these administrative notes.
I've just found out (or had somehow forgotten) that RRE is available on the WorldWide Web in two separate places. Al Whaley , who runs the most excellent CPSR gopher and web pages (gopher.cpsr.org, http://www.cpsr.org/home), has past RRE messages listed alphabetically by subject line at http://www.cpsr.org/cpsr/lists/rre and Kee Hinckley (see also http://www.utopia.com/infocenter.shtml) has them listed chronologically at http://www.utopia.com/mailings/rre/
I'm sorry for my multiple slip-ups in announcing the web pages for The Network Observer. In case any confusion remains, the correct URL is as follows: http://communication.ucsd.edu/pagre/tno.html
Also, "Networking on the Network" is now available on WWW. The URL is: http://communication.ucsd.edu/pagre/network.html
Long-time RRE subscribers might have noticed that I have not been filtering the very high-volume net-happenings mailing list (which is run by Gleason Sackman ) since springtime. I took myself off of net-happenings in June to get some rest over the summer, and I've decided not to rejoin it because filtering it is a great deal of work. I know that quite a few RRE subscribers do read net-happenings, though, and any of them would be quite welcome to pass along items from net-happenings that they think might be good for RRE. Let me thank the people who are already sending me a steady trickle of good stuff from one source or another.
As usual, let me remind you that you can unsubscribe from RRE like so:
To: rre-request@weber.ucsd.edu Subject: unsubscribe
Tell your friends about RRE.
Thanks a lot.
Phil ```
